We only earn when you earn. Every sale initiated or assisted by Sheptric concierge generates a 2.5% commission - billed monthly alonside your flat fee. Attribution is based on a 48-hour session window from the first interaction.
For Enterprise customers, the commission rate and attribution window are fully negotiable based on volume and custom integration requirements.
